When and how will I receive information on how to attend the conference?
Dial-in instructions, PIN number, and the program handouts are e-mailed to the address on the account that ordered the conference 2 days prior to the program. If you need instructions e-mailed to an alternate address, please let us know at the time of the order, or give us a call. If you are placing your order far in advance of the conference, please be aware that materials are not sent out until closer to the conference.

Be sure to check your junk e-mail folder if you do not see instructions in your inbox. Occasionally, our registration instructions and handouts are caught by security settings at your facility. We cannot be held responsible for materials blocked by spam filters and security at your facility.

PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason you do not receive your instructions and handouts at least 2 days prior to the conference, please call us immediately at 800-303-0129.

What’s the difference between a Webinar and an audio conference?
A Webinar is viewed on the computer while listening to a presenter. An audioconference is strictly listening over the phone to a presenter.

What if I can’t attend the live event?
After a live conference takes place, the session is available as a MP3 file or electronic transcript (PDF) or on a CD – all of which are available for purchase separately or as add-ons to an existing order for $50 each.

How long will it take me to receive my MP3 file?
MP3 files take 3 days to be delivered once the live program takes place. Please be sure you have provided your correct e-mail address when you order because you will receive an e-mail with a link to the MP3 file for downloading to your computer. You will also receive the conference handouts as a PDF with your product.

How long will it take me to receive my electronic transcript?
Transcripts PDFs are delivered via e-mail within 2-3 weeks after the live program takes place. Please be sure you have provided a valid e-mail address when ordering to ensure delivery. You will also receive the conference handouts as a PDF with your product.

What is on a CD, and how long does it take to receive?
The CD contains the MP3 file and the handouts in PDF format. CDs are mailed first class within 7-10 days after the live program takes place. Please be sure you have provided a complete and valid address when ordering to ensure prompt delivery. You may include a “ship to” address with your order if need be.

What credit cards do you take?

For your convenience we accept the following forms of credit card payment:

- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover

In addition, we will accept personal/corporate checks and purchase orders.

Please note that the charge on your credit card will appear as PIA Resources.

Who should I make my check payable to?
Please make checks payable to PIA Resources, and be sure to include your complete ordering information with your check. Please include a valid mailing address and phone number. Missing information may delay your order from processing.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend your ordered event for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Conference cancellations received 48 hours prior to the start time of the event are refundable. After that, cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.

If you prefer, you may substitute an upcoming conference for the one you originally registered for and avoid the $25 processing fee. Or, you may choose to receive the MP3 recording of the event instead.

Please note: We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or substitute events when necessary. We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by our customers' equipment, so please be sure the necessary items are in place for proper conference attendance.

How do I order through fax or mail?

Download our PDF order form, print it, and fill in your order information. Then, simply mail to the address on the form or fax it to 239-676-0146. A receipt for purchase will be e-mailed to the address provided in your order.

What is your policy on sharing materials I purchase, or can I purchase in bulk?

We encourage you to have as many people sit in on the conference with you or listen to the product you purchase. However, due to copyright laws, redistribution or duplication is prohibited. If multiple copies are needed, please give us a call to set up your order fulfillment and pricing.
