Meet Your Presenter:
ALEXANDER V. MAMISHEV holds a Ph.D. from MIT with a minor in Technology Management from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management. Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Washington, as well as the Director of the Sensors, Energy, and Automation Laboratory and the Director of Industrial Assessment Center. As a director of a sizeable research organization, he became interested in the improvement of technical writing processes for multi-disciplinary teams. Professor Mamishev is a highly respected speaker in his field and has many speaking engagements throughout the world on the topic of his integrative, team-centered approach to writing and formatting technical documents. Professor Mamishev is an author of Technical Writing for Teams: The STREAM Tools Handbook, which serves as the basis for this presentation.
